Evolve Construction and Restoration announced it is launching a dedicated retail home improvement division, the Evolve Retail Platform, which will operate across more than 35 markets in the U.S., Canada, and Australia.
This launch marks the entry of a major disaster recovery firm into the direct-to-consumer remodeling sector. For homeowners, this introduces a new option for full-service renovations, from kitchens to exteriors, under a single company. The new division is led by CEO Jacob Deems and CMO Savanna Forster, who previously scaled the remodeling company MN Rusco.

- Services are available across Evolve's existing footprint of more than 35 markets in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
- CEO Jacob Deems and CMO Savanna Forster, who bring operational experience from MN Rusco, lead the division.
- The launch was announced by parent company Evolve Holdings, which The National Law Review reports is a $200 million disaster recovery and property restoration platform.
Evolve Construction: Services Offered by New Division
The Evolve Retail Platform offers full-service kitchen and bathroom remodels, roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, pergolas, and other outdoor living installations, according to company announcements. This broad scope aims to provide homeowners a single point of contact for complex renovations.
The company highlights a 60-day completion pledge for its projects. This pledge positions the Evolve Retail Platform as a faster alternative to traditional remodeling timelines, which often extend for many months, according to Construction Owners.
The company states its model is designed to address a common homeowner dilemma. “Homeowners have always had to choose between a specialist who does one thing well and a general contractor who does everything adequately,” said Savanna Forster, CMO of the Evolve Retail Platform, in a statement. “Evolve Retail Platform changes that. We bring specialist-level expertise to every category under one roof.”
What We Know About Next Steps
The Evolve Retail Platform is launching immediately across the company's 35-plus market footprint, with services intended to be concurrently available in all specified locations. No phased rollout information has been released, nor has the company announced plans for expansion beyond this initial set of locations.
Operationally, the retail division is structured to function independently from Evolve's established restoration business. Jay Zaabri, founder and chairman of Evolve Holdings, explained the structure in a press release. “What makes this work is that the retail and restoration sides of the business each have their own leadership, their own operational teams and their own expertise,” Zaabri stated. “We did not absorb them — we gave them a bigger platform to run.”
The new Evolve Retail Platform, while having its own leadership, will reportedly utilize the parent company's existing infrastructure. This separation of retail and restoration operations under one corporate umbrella is a structure rarely seen in the sector, as described by Construction Owners. No official timeline for additional services or future launch phases has been provided.
